Government-issued photo ID is required for all ticket holders 19 years of age and older. Failure to present Photo ID proving your name and age will result in refused entry.
No exchange or refunds on tickets, for any reason whatsoever, including if the Event is terminated early, canceled due to extreme weather, forest fire, acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. (6th Dimension). Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. will not be responsible for lost tickets or passes and does not issue replacement tickets or passes. Matrices and vortices Events inc. will not issue refunds for any failure or inability to use tickets due to illness, positive Covid-19 tests, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, or other conditions beyond the control of Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. Please ensure that you will be able to attend the Event before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the year on your 6th Dimension Festival ticket.* Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or pass. Tickets and passes are a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or using the secure ticket exchange, you assume the risk of the ticket being invalid at the gate if you buy from other than authorized vendors. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.
Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. reserves the right to change the programming without notification. All tickets include camping in the general camping area(s). Please ensure that you will be able to attend the gathering BEFORE purchasing your tickets.
* Event Cancellation* If an Event is canceled in its entirety for any reason, your tickets and passes will be deferred to the next Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. of the same type for which your Credentials were purchased. If an Event is canceled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or Matrices and Vortices Events Inc. was advised of the same. Prohibited items include illegal materials and substances, drugs, alcohol, glass, mirrors, weapons, flares, fireworks and pets (guide dogs are permitted with pre-registration). Prohibited items are subject to seizure. The festival is not responsible for any confiscated, stolen or damage items.
You voluntarily assume all risks & danger incidental to Matrices and Vortices Events Inc., including serious injury or death, and agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents & the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket.
